ONLINE TRAINING

Welcome to our Power of One's online Training Program.  Power of One was created with the intention to promote and encourage healthy lifestyles through exercise and nutrition programs for the average individual to the elite athlete.  With so many of us having access to the internet, online training has become yet another powerful resource for us to get and stay fit.  With Power of One's online training we are to able push you through your fitness and nutrition obstacles and help maintain your determination, desire and dedication for a healthier you. 

At Power of One we specialize in strength and functional training as well as nutrition.  The program is simple.  After completing your fitness assessment, we will create your workout plan, complete with videos and deliver it via e-mail .  Depending upon your fitness level we will customize it for two, three or four weeks at a time.  You will also receive a personalized nutrition plan and menu for each day of the week.  This is accompanied with a printable grocery list for your convenience.  Along with this program you will also have access to a fitness magazine complete with nutritional advice, workout tips and motivational articles.
