The 'My Fitness' Program
is a learning program designed to teach each child the tools needed to:
Reach a healthy and sustainable weight • Enjoy healthy foods
Become more physically active • Enjoy a better self image • Gain confidence
One step at a time! Get Started Now! GET STARTED NOW! The My Fitness’ program has been developed by our team of exercise trainers, a registered nurse and a pediatrician. The program is comprised of:
- An initial evaluation including blood pressure, heart rate, height/weight, BMI and assessment of cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strength
- Workshops about wise food choices and sustainable life style choices
- Weekly meetings with a dietician
